Porcelain dust is knead with water.

Casting Room

Casting stage, liquid porcelain is strained into plaster molds.

After water has been absorbed by plaster you can open the mold.

The figure is pulled gently out of the mold.

Bigger objets repuire to stay more time inside the mold.

Touch up stage, the master craftsmen put the finishing touches a to the object.

The object comes out from the mold in different pieces.

The pieces are joined, finished and retouched to obtain the complete picture.

All the flowers too are created one by one by the master craftsmen.

Singles roses are gently assambled, petal by petal, that's a work that requires years of experience.

Some objects are then finished by putting in little porcelain flowers.

Usually porcelain's cooking stages are 4:
1- 800°C cooking called "bisquit".
2- 1300°C cooking during which the object is subjected to a 20%.
3- 800°C color cooking.
4- Possible 800°C gold cooking.

In this picture you can see the 20% decrease in size suffered by the object, before and after the 1300°C. cooking.
The two objects are the same, but the one on the left is the result of the cooking.

The object are hand painted by master craftsmen.

The hand-cart is gently pushed inside the kiln, the cooking will last at least 24 hours.

Inside the kiln the colours come to life, the gold, that was black, takes on its bright colour.

Each object is tested with four quality controls, then it is packed with its certificate of Authenticity.
